Expectations
We would like to remind you that all delegates are required to attend the conference with formal attire. For example, we expect to see collar shirts, suit jackets, dress shoes, and yes, even ties (not required). Please dress in a way that represents your school in the best possible light. If you are unsure about what to wear, feel free to email our secretariat for further details (see Secretariat page for contact info).
Can all delegates arrive at 2pm on Friday, November 10th for registration. The chair briefing (student officers only) will also start at 2pm. Delegates, please arrive on time to ensure the conference runs smoothly. The opening ceremony will begin at 4pm and formal attire is required.
Awards
We'd like to share with you that this year, West Lake MUN will be giving out several awards to our most notable delegates. These awards are: Best Delegate (one award per committee,) Outstanding Delegate (one award per committee,) Honorable Mentions (two+ per committee,) and at last, Best Position Paper (one award per committee). We are tremendously excited to be able to recognize the most noteworthy participants of our conference.
